 So, I live in Russia and winter is the biggest halw of our year. That`s becouse the most popular sport in Russia are skating, skiing and sledging. All this outdoor sports are popular with teenagers.
 Teenagers are also 15 or 18 yers old. They like extreme sports becouse in this age teenagers start to explore new feelings and the most powerfull feelings are adrenaline and fear feelings. That1s why extreme sport are the most popular with teenagers, becouse it gives them adrenaline and fear feelings.

 I am writing to complain about my new computer which I bought on your website www.greatshopping.com on 25th Oct. But when I open the post box, I saw something strang things that were with my computer.

Hi Mary, I`m very glad to know that you went abroad during your summer holidays too! I`m very enjoy my summer holidays, it was very grate, I`m went to New-York , it`s very beautiful city.  Everyday commited many crimes, like burglary, robbery, speeding, shoplifting, mugging, arson, pickpocketing and vandalism.
 When the crime the crime happens forensic scientists, police and police detective arrived on crime scene and make a lot of analyzes. At first they make photoes, interrogate all suspictions and shine all evedence and questionably things by ultraviolet. Then they cearfuly take all evedences and bring them into the lab. In lab forensic scientists use powerfull electron microscopes to manifest all prints nclueses and things that can show criminal.
 About all that you can read in detective romans and storys. For example: . Agatha Christie, she was a famous English crime writer who is best known for her detective stories featuring Hercule Poirot and Miss Jane Marple.Agatha was born in 1890 in Torquay in Devon. Although Agatha never attended school she didn’t lack education. She taught herself how to read when she was only four and later her parents hired tutors to provide lessons in subjects such as music, dance, mathematics, and French. She first turned to music and later to writing and became very good at making up stories. And she was very popular.
 But what about crime in internet? Today cibercrime becoming more and more popular! People become victims by hackers attack. How secure your account when someone was hijacked and used to send nasty emails to your friends, or if a virus destroyed all your data? Did you cknow that in the UK alone hundreds of thousands of private computers are hacked every year?! Well, all problems have solution. When creating an email account you should choose a good username for your email address. Don't use your own name and don't include anything in your username that could indicate your age or home address. As well you can install anti-virus system and you will be calm for what that nobody can't attack or hacked your account and your computer.
 But besides all that problems we have another problem- vandalism. Everyday adults people and teenagers painting clean fences, they spoil private ownership and public private property. Everyday more and more companys and shops are suffer by vandals and their bad tricks. Our streets are very durty an ugly. But that problem has solution too.
 Firstly,  police should hire more policemans and security guards. Policemans were patrol streets, special in night time. Security guards were protect shops, houses and buildings by vandalism. Also we can made night police patrol to disperse the vandals.

Everyday more and more companys and shops are suffer by vandals and their bad tricks. Our streets are very durty an ugly, and we must control this situation.
 Firstly, I think that police should hire more policemans and security guards. Policemans were walking on streets, special in night time. Security guards were protect shops, houses and buildings by vandalism. Also we can made night police patrol to disperse the vandals.
 Secondly in our town we can create new rule. This rule will prohibit vandalism. For example if you painted fence or townhall your act were criminal offense. And judge gives you periud in prison, for example two years.
 Yes, vandalism  is very bad and interfering our society thing.Also vandals are teenagers and sometimes adult people. Police must control all streets and areas in town, guard  public private property and prevent destruction and damage of buildings.

Module5 Life Experience

  If you want to make your life better and live very well in future, you must get much life experience.
  First step to get life experience is having good manners. You also get your life experience being in society. First at all you must have good tabel manners, don't talknin the cinema, don't talk loudly on mobile phone, don't take things without asking, don't gossip about others and don't have bad body odour. All thats aspects help you to find new friends, better comunicated with people and give you a good adventage.
 Very important part to get life experience is traveling. If you travel to other countries and citys you meet new friends from other countries, get new experience, you get new languages about them and you get cnowledge about other countries.
  But you can face with some problems. For example: struggle to get used to the weather, have difficulty understanding social etiquette, find it hard to make friends and the worse problem- struggle with the leanguage.
  Also look at Steven Marshall, he spend year studing aboard. He chose mexico becouse he learning Spanish three years. Steven leave in host famaly and he find out that Mexicans are very warm, outgoing people, they very like hot and spicy food and they usually turn up for an time. For Steven it was the best adventure and great learning opportunty.
  Mahatma Gaundhi once said ' Be the change you want too see in the world', this is exactly what Liz Murray and Mark Boyle have done.
  Liz Murray when she was 16 she was homeless and sleeping on park benches and underground trails.But now she is an international speacer and translater.
 Second person is Mark Boyle. Mark was the manager of an organic food company. He was always been possionate about the enrironment, but he felt that he wanted to do even more. So Mark give up his job and decided to prove that we don't need mony to survive. One year he moved into oldcarnaval in the countryside, he put in solar panels for powe and started grow his own food. He prove that people can live without mony.

Healthy mind, Healthy body.

  Nowdays more and more people start use modern and new gadgets. This isn't bad but gadgets like: MP3 players, mobile phones, TV and game consols can cause shoulder strain, skin infection, eye strain, hearing loss or thumb arthritis. Also it can cause dependence by computer games.
   Some people heal these infections and ilnesses natural medicine, for example: Garlic can help you with your immune system, you can chomped garlic to hot water with a little hony and lemon, then make some tea. By the way, tea with some honycan heal your headache, also in dark and cold winter days hot tea can warm and give you good feeling. You can also use vinegar if you minor cuts. Do you have a smelly feat? Sprinkle some baking soda in your shoes and have odour-free feet all day long. I think that people are right, use natural medicine in some situations it better than tradition medicine.
  Yes, all that is so good but if you take damage from poisonous animals like: Funnel-web spider and Redblack spider- the most dangerous spiders in the world, Easter brown snake and Indian Taipan snake- the most poisonous and dangerous snakes in Australia, platypus- look so cute but it has poisonous spikes on his back legs, jellyfish or Blue Ringed octopus. In this situations natural medicine can't help you, but traditional medicine can save your life.If you have not so dangerous but very uncomfortable, you should go to the hospital and then doctor give you some medicoments, like: syrup- if you feel bad and hurt in your throat, eye drops- if you has a eye strain or if you feel pain in your eyes, painkiller- if you has a headach, antiseptic- to kill acne on your skin or doctor can make X-ray and insept your bones and joints.
 But some people have illnesses which natural and traditional medicine can't cure- phobias, Phobias can be diverse and simple, like: fear thunderstorms, snakes, spiders, hight and lightnings. Or absurd, like: abannumophobia, fear of clowns, fear of lifts, fear of dark anablepophobia and many other. Simply put, phobias- this is fear in front of things that not dangerous.
  Also people make up heroes whitch solve world scale problems and fight with very, very bad villains. Heroes can be very diverse, like: Superman, Spider-man, Green lanter and many others. and all them became very important part of world culture. 

Mother Nature.

 Mother Nature it is a home for all us, but sometimes Nature can be dangerous and unpleasanty, for example: weather can be extremly cold like in arktica or very hight temperature like in Sahara Desert, hight or low temperatures and unstable climate may cause big hurricanes, strong rain and winds or very long drought.
 But these facts can't stop people to invent new typs of extreme sport. I know some amazing activities, for example: Wok Raicing, River Bugging, Volcano Surfing, Quad Racing, Bungee Jumping, Ice Climbing, Kite Surfing and Extreme Ironing. All this activities are very crazy and interesting, but I tell you only about Volcano Surfing,Wok Raicing and River Bugging. Volcano Surfing it is very crazy and cool sport, you should to travel to Nicaragua's Cerro Negro volcano, when this active volcano erupts, it throws out ash that's perfect for surfing on. Wok Racing it's very cool and funny sport. It started as a joke on German TV, but it soon became very popular and now it is a world championship every year. River Bugging is so dangerous and extreme sport, but it's so cool and funny. A river bug speeds you along a river and down rapids. If you want to control it well, you'll need webbed gloves and shortflippers.
 There are many beautiful placies in the world, and I whant to suggest you visit "The Appalachian Trail'. It takes over five million steps to walknit and only 1 personin 4 make it all the way. The trail passes throught forest and valleys, across mountain tops and down rocky paths. There are harmless deer, moose, and raccoons. But there are also dangerous black bears, coyotes and bob cats. But don't worry about that, just go and enjoy the beauty of foresr.
 Yes, Nature is very beautiful. But deforestation, polution, global warming and burning fossil fuels are badly influence on Mother Nature. Many animals are in dangerous, like polar bears, global warming is a serious threat to them. The ice that they hunt from is melting very fast, so they have to swim further and further to find food. Many strave or drown. Some people believe that 30-40% of the world's species could become extinct becouse of  climate change.Becouse when sea temperatures rise, there are changes in the atmosphere, weather start to become more dangerous.
 But, you know, Nature can be beautiful at underground too. Caves- that natural holes in the Earth from over thousands or even millions of years! For example, limestone caves  from as acidic rain dissolves rock. Sea caves from as ocean waves and heavy rain erode cliffs. Ice caves from as mwlting water runs under glaciers or through cracks in the sea. In many caves grows stalactites, columns and stalagnites. When stalactites and stalagmites meet in the middle, they fom columns. Also, did you know about Caving? It's popular and fun sport, you should walking, crawling, climbing, abseiling and even swimming through caves! That is realy fun!
 If you whant to see the real natural beauty, you should to visit Russia and go to the Taiga. Taiga it is the world's largest biome. Taiga has a subaectic climate: winters are long and very cold, temperatures droped low as -54. Summer is very short but warm and humid, sometimes temperstures reach 30.
Trees of the Taiga have adapted to the low levels of sunlight and extreme conditions. Yes, Taiga is very cold place, but  it also hosts a wide variety of wildlife. It is home to Russia's largest population's of brown bears, wolfs, mooses, reindeers, and red foxes. It also has as many 300species of birds including the golden eagle and the great grey owl. Taiga it is the most beautiful place in thr Russia.
 Okay, now you know how Mother  Nature beautiful and now you know what all people must care about nature.

How to resist Peer pressure?

Nowdays, very important problem with students it's peer pressure. Exam stress is normal, but sometimes it can get out of control and make you very sad. Your classmates often hurt you and make you closed. But I can tell you some advice about how to resist peer pressure.
 At first you should choose your friends carefully. Your friends must be have comon interests and respect you. At result you will reduce the amount of peer pressure yopu may experience.
 Secondly you should talk it through with someoneyou trust, such as a friend, teacher or parent. Communicate with them and in results they might be abel to give you beliefs, you will reduce they probably have experience

A holiday to remember.

One weekend last autumn all students from my class and I went on a holiday. We had planned went on a volcano surfing in the Nicaragua's Cerro Negro volcano on Saturday and return home on Sunday. All day we were surf, on Saturday afternoon we were very tired and went home, but we realised we had lost our way in the jungle. It was getting dark. The next moment, we saw an new modern wood town-house, so we decided to stop and ask to stay the night. A middle-age man came to the door. He was wearing a biue jeans, white T-shirt and blue jacket. His face was very familiar, but we can't remember who is this. When he heard that we were lost, he invited us inside. ''You're can stay the night, I give your permission," he said. ''I show you short way in the morning.'' After that we go inside his house, drank all orange juice that hi has and finaly we go upstairs to the loft and go to sleep i the beds, it was very comfortable to sleep.
 At morning we wake up andgo to the livingroom, but we can't find man, he wasn't at home. But we saw little gadget on the tabel, that was the map on screen, map of all continent. This map helped us to find home. When we finaly came back home, we open the magazine and learned who was that man, it was ''The Great Jon Cena"!
 We was looked shocked! We seen Jon Cena, I can't believe! But that was the best day in my life!

My Xmas story.

One weekend last winter my perents and I went on skidoo trip in the forest on ice lake. We had planned to stay at the small hotel on monday night and return home at next monday. On the next day we were started skidoo trip, we are driving through dark forest on very hight speed. All this day was very snowing and it was realy beautiful.The next moment, we saw an old stone mansion, so we decided to stop at night. A big friendly old man came to the gates. He was wearing a long jeans and wool pullover, on his face was big sweetly smile. When he heard that we whant to stay at night, he invited us inside."You're welkome to stay the night,"he said. After that he showed out us upstairs to three clean comfortable beds.
The next morning, the old man was nowhere to be found. We left a thank-you note and soon we left mansion.
I and my perents looked very happy and fun. We should to visit this mansion again.
